Providing opportunities for
older adults to live
independently in their homes

Our goal is to create a local community response to the needs of older adults living in our neighborhoods.

SGSM Network is

• Encouraging and supportive of successful aging
• Bringing faith communities together to promote positive and productive experiences and services
• Building relationships with new partner churches or agencies
• Providing support to those already participating in our ministries
